As a family-run business, we currently manage our deliveries personally to provide reliable service and maintain the highest quality standards.
1. Delivery Areas
At present, we offer delivery only within the following areas of Mumbai:
Dahisar
Borivali
Kandivali
Since we currently do not have an official courier partner, deliveries are limited to these locations. We are actively working to expand our delivery network and serve more areas in the near future.
2. Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

3. Same-Day Delivery
For customers located near our business location, same-day delivery may be available, subject to:

Please note that same-day delivery is offered on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed for every order.
4. Urgent Delivery
If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Depending on availability, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange expedited delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply based on distance, timing, and delivery requirements.

7. Delivery Outside Our Service Area
Currently, we are unable to deliver outside Dahisar, Borivali, and Kandivali.
We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to expanding our delivery services across Mumbai, throughout India, and eventually to customers worldwide.

Although we always aim for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

As deliveries are currently handled directly by our team, online order tracking is not available.
