Since our products are perishable food items, we follow strict hygiene and quality practices to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
This policy helps us maintain food safety, product quality, and hygiene standards for all customers.
2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged during transit.

The package is opened or tampered with before delivery.

Any item is missing from your order.

You receive an expired product.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Proof Required
To help us verify your request, please provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the outer shipping package

A short unboxing video (recommended) showing the condition of the package and product
Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process
After reviewing your request, if your claim is approved, we may provide:

A full refund,

A partial refund (where applicable), or

A replacement product.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

Change of mind after delivery.

Personal taste or preference.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.

Improper storage or handling after delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, or if you are charged multiple times for the same order, please contact us immediately.
After verification, any excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
